Silicon Hoses

We make flexible, high-performance silicon hoses made from silicone rubber, often reinforced with polyester or aramid fabric. These are mainly used in the automotive, medical, aerospace and marine applications etc.

Features

Temperature sustenance for silicon hoses vary from –55°C to +250°C, with high burst pressures due to multiple layering of reinforcements. 
These are available in multiple shapes and sizes: straight, reducers, elbows, hump hoses, convoluted hoses, etc.

EPDM Rubber Hoses

We produce EPDM Rubber Hoses which are designed for coolant, air, and low-pressure fluid applications. These are highly resistant to heat, weathering and steam, making it one of the most durable general-purpose automotive elastomers. 

Features

These hoses are used in radiator, coolant transfer, heater, air intake and breather lines.   They can also be used in industries with hot water and steam lines, HVAC systems, chemical plant lines and compressed air lines.
Temperature sustenance for EPDM hoses that we manufacture ranges from -40°C to +155°C   We make EPDM hoses in sizes ranging from 5mm to 110mm in IDs. 

NBR/CR Rubber Hoses

NBR (Nitrile Rubber) hoses are for oil and fuel resistance with CR (Chloroprene Rubber / Neoprene) for weather, abrasion, and flame resistance.  Used as fuel hoses (petrol/diesel), oil cooler lines, crankcase ventilation hoses, transmission oil lines, engine breather and vacuum hoses. In Industries, hydraulic return lines, lubrication systems and chemical environments where oil resistance is needed.

Features

Temperature ranges are –30°C to +100°C continuous and up to +120°C intermittent. This combination is often used in fuel lines, oil lines, and high-durability industrial hoses.

Rubber Pads
